Please note that prices are in £ GBP and I will not accept any responsibility for costs applied by your credit card company for converting currencies.
Ready made items aim to ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order items will ship between 1 week. If need of a product quickly message us!
All packages are shipped from England via Royal Mail. Please note, Tomm Jewellery will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen by either countries postal services. Purchasing insurance is strongly recommended.
If you're in the UK, your package will be sent EITHER 1st Class (acmes to deliver between 1-2 days) OR 2nd Class (aims to deliver between 1-4 days). This is not an insured delivery option. If you require Special Delivery (insurance up to £500) please notify us upon purchase. We will require the additional payment before shipping.
International packages will be sent by Royal Mail Intl 'Tracked and Signed' which aims to deliver between 5-7 working days but can take longer. Please note that this is standard shipping and despite the available tracking information it is NOT an insured option. If you would like to insure your package please contact us immediately upon purchasing the item. Prices vary depending on the overall value of your item. You will receive a Paypal invoice for the added cost. Invoices must be paid before your item is shipped.

We are not be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped. The delivery options in place are there to ensure your item(s) arrive safely.
International buyers, please be aware your parcel may be delayed by customs once it reaches your country. Tomm Jewellery are not responsible for any tax/customs charges you may incur.
Due to the made to order nature of the shop, Tomm Jewellery will not accept returns or provide refunds. Please take time to read the descriptions carefully, take note of sizing and to examine all photos prior to purchase as all sales are final.
