SHIPPING POLICY

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
We are open for business and dispatching orders as usual, and will continue to do so all the while we are able to. However, please do allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

TOMM Jewellery are currently still accepting online orders as deemed okay by the current government guidelines.

All orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days, during busy periods please allow up to 14 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:​

  • You must contact TOMM Jewellery within 7 days of receipt of the goods, via e-mail

  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings

  • The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by TOMM Jewellery 

  • Any refund will be less the original postage cost

  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items

  • All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s)

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of earrings

  • We do not accept the return of bespoke items (unless faulty).
